Sharp CRM

Business software for professional sharpeners

Run your whole sharpening business from one place.

I built Sharp CRM to run Seriously Fast Sharpening. It connects customers, bookings, billing, receipts, and follow-up texts in one system made for the way sharpening works. The waitlist is open.

Built from inside a working sharpening business in Austin, Texas.

One record per customer

Every customer, every item, every conversation.

A kitchen knife drop-off becomes a scissors job, a restaurant account, a referral. Sharp CRM keeps each customer's items, jobs, payments, and messages in one record, so every conversation starts with the full picture.

Hi Maria, your 6 kitchen knives are sharpened and ready. The total is $45.00.
Perfect, I will grab them after 5 today. Thank you!
Sounds good. They will be on the porch.

  3. 3

    Open the customer

Items, history, notes, and the full message thread, one tap away.

  4. 4

    Log and bill the job

Itemize the work, record cash, Venmo, or card, and send the receipt.

Why Sharp CRM

Built around how sharpening works.

  • One record per customer

Items, jobs, payments, and messages live together.

  • Service cycles

Rebook customers at the right interval so the schedule stays full.

  • Your own number

Texts go out from your phone number, so replies come straight to you.

  • Booking that confirms itself

Customers book online and receive their details by text.

  • A receipt for every job

Itemized receipts and payment records for cash, Venmo, and card.

The trade

Built for sharpeners first.

Sharp CRM starts with the trade I work in: kitchen knives, pocket knives, scissors and shears, and lawn and garden tools, for households, restaurants, and local businesses.

  • Kitchen knives
  • Scissors and shears
  • Clipper blades
  • Lawn and garden tools
  • Restaurants and commercial accounts

Why I built it

I built it because I needed it.

I am Michael Kempf, owner of Seriously Fast Sharpening in Austin, Texas. I taught myself to sharpen in 2020 and opened the business in 2022. I built Sharp CRM to run my own customers, bookings, billing, and follow-up in one place. Now I am opening it to other sharpeners.
